Used Expandable pole that goes from 160cm to 300cm by twisting and pulling. Rubber ends and tripod holes at each end. Needs two lighting stands if you want it to be free standing. Splits in two for easy storage. 30mm diameter. Use with colorama style tubed rolls or background cloths with looped end
