Orders – PayPal & Stripe

We accept payment by PayPal and Stripe (credit/debit card). Each item has a link to secure checkout. BACS transfer or cheque can be arranged if necessary – email .

If you are not from the UK, please select Europe or World from the drop down on product pages for shipping costs. We discount shipping on multi-item orders – contact us first.

✓ Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, Amex – PCI DSS Level 1

After placing an order you will receive an email from PayPal or Stripe detailing your order. We receive the same email and will then pack and send.

Items are removed from list when sold, but if for some reason an item is no longer available we will notify you and refund promptly.

Overseas Buyers – Customs & Duties

Import duties and taxes may be incurred on items ordered by buyers outside the UK. These charges occur when package reaches destination. PhotographyAttic is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates.

International buyers should contact local customs for costs/procedures.
As buyer you are importer and must ensure purchase complies with import country laws.
Package may be inspected on arrival for customs purposes and may show signs of tampering.

Delivery

Purchased items are dispatched within two working days (excluding weekends).

UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Parcelforce – normally 3-5 working days.
Overseas: Standard airmail / tracked – normally 7-10 days.
Heavy/bulky items sent by courier.

We cannot accept responsibility for items sent overseas without insurance. Let us know if you want to pay for insurance (Royal Mail charge ~£5 extra for tracked/signed).

Returns

If you have a problem with your order, please email first: . We accept returns for faulty items or items not as described. Include name and address in package.
