If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We are a small Sheffield retailer selling tested second-hand gear we own. All items include 6 month warranty against faults not described.

Returns – 14 Calendar Days

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting.

• Fault not described: If return is due to fault not described in condition, we pay return postage. Please send photo first so we can advise.
• Change of mind / mistake: If you made a mistake, we cannot pay return postage.
• Refund method: Refund to original payment method – PayPal or Stripe (credit card). Credit timing depends on card issuer.

Faulty Items & Condition Queries

If you return due to fault not described, kindly provide a photo in order for us to best advise a suitable resolution before posting back. We may offer repair, replacement or full refund including return postage.

All gear is tested before listing. Condition is described per item page – please read carefully as used gear shows signs of use.

How to Return – Process

1. Email first: with order ID and reason + photo if faulty.
2. We reply within 24h Mon–Sat with return address and RMA.
3. Pack securely, include note with name/address.
4. Post via tracked service (Royal Mail Tracked 48 recommended). Keep proof of postage.
5. We inspect within 2 working days of receipt and issue refund.
