Wenn Sie ein Problem mit Ihrer Bestellung haben, mailen Sie bitte zuerst. Wir akzeptieren Rückgaben für fehlerhafte Artikel oder Artikel, die nicht wie beschrieben sind. Name und Adresse im Paket beilegen.

Faulty / Not as Described

If item is faulty on arrival or not as described in listing (we test all equipment and list as working unless stated), we accept return. Please email with photos and ID: Produkt-ID / Bestellreferenz. We will arrange return and refund or replacement.

How to Return – What to Include

Email first: Kontakt with Bestellreferenz and reason
Pack well – use original box/bubble wrap if you have it
Include note with name, address, email, and Produkt-ID
Return to: PhotographyAttic, Sheffield, S6 – address on contact page / PayPal email
Use tracked service – buyer pays return postage unless faulty (we refund return postage for faulty items)

Refunds – PayPal & Stripe

Refunds processed via PayPal or Stripe to original payment method within 2 working days of receiving return. For PayPal: refund to PayPal account. For Stripe (Apple Pay / card): refund to card – 5-10 days to appear depending on bank.
