Als u een probleem heeft met uw bestelling, mail dan eerst. We accepteren retouren voor defecte artikelen of artikelen die niet zoals beschreven zijn. Naam en adres in pakket opnemen.

14 dagen retour – Veilig afrekenen • Geteste apparatuur • 14 dagen retour. You have 14 days from receipt to request a return for any reason if item is not as described or faulty. Item must be returned in same condition as sent, with all caps, packaging where possible.

Faulty / Not as Described

If item is faulty on arrival or not as described in listing (we test all equipment and list as working unless stated), we accept return. Please email with photos and ID: Product ID / Bestelref. We will arrange return and refund or replacement.

We slaan geen creditcardgegevens op – PayPal en Stripe zijn onze betalingsverwerkers, PCI-conform. Refunds via original method.

How to Return – What to Include

Email first: Contact with Bestelref and reason
Pack well – use original box/bubble wrap if you have it
Include note with name, address, email, and Product ID
Return to: PhotographyAttic, Sheffield, S6 – address on contact page / PayPal email
Use tracked service – buyer pays return postage unless faulty (we refund return postage for faulty items)

Refunds – PayPal & Stripe

Refunds processed via PayPal or Stripe to original payment method within 2 working days of receiving return. For PayPal: refund to PayPal account. For Stripe (Apple Pay / card): refund to card – 5-10 days to appear depending on bank.

Enige persoonlijke gegevens die we hebben zijn uit PayPal/Stripe verzend-e-mail: naam, adres, e-mail. Zie ons Privacybeleid (UK AVG) voor volledige details. Alle bestelgegevens 6 jaar bewaard voor HMRC, contactberichten 12 maanden.
