International Shipping – Duties & Taxes Explained

All prices are in GBP and postage is charged at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs handling fees are not included in our price and are the buyer's responsibility.

UK buyers: No extra charges – price + postage is final.

EU buyers (from 1 July 2026, updated 1 Nov 2026):
• EU has a temporary flat €3 customs duty per distinct item for parcels valued up to €150 shipped from GB to EU (from 1 July 2026 until 1 July 2028).
• From 1 Nov 2026, an additional Union Handling Fee of €2 per distinct item applies, so total €5 per item (€3+€2) + VAT. Example: 3 different items = €9 duty + €6 handling = €15 + VAT.
• This is collected by your local customs/postal service on delivery, in addition to VAT (typically 19-23% depending on country). Orders over €150 may be subject to standard duty rates + VAT.
• We mark all parcels accurately – we cannot mark as gift or lower value.

Rest of World: USA, Australia, Japan etc – duty thresholds vary. USA currently $800 de minimis, Australia AUD $1000. Please check your local rules before ordering.
